Complaints Procedure

There are certain procedures which parents should follow if they wish to make a complaint. If a parent has concerns of any sort that cannot be resolved by speaking to the Class Teacher an appointment should be made with the Headteacher or with the Assistant Headteacher to discuss the matter. We would wish to resolve any concerns at this stage. If however, you are still not satisfied then you have the right for your complaint to be investigated by the Governing Body.  In this instance, you should put your complaint in writing and hand into the school office.  This should be addressed to the Chair of Governors, Mrs Jenny McKechnie


If you have any complaints with regards to SEND.  Please speak to Miss Abram/Mrs Thompson (SENDCo) or to the Headteacher/Assistant Headteacher in the first instance.  If you are not satisfied then please put your complaint in writing to our governor responsible for SEND, Mike Edwards or to the Chair of Governors, Mrs Isobel Macdonald-Davies.
