Free Merseyrail Travel Sunday 21st October 2018

FREE Merseyrail Family Travel

 

Children’s University (CU) are delighted to be working in partnership with Merseyrail to offer CU students FREE return travel across the Merseyrail network.

 

On Sunday 21st October CU students and their families (2 adults & 3 children) will have access to the network.

 

CU have 2000 free tickets available and they will be issued on a first come, first served basis! To gain your FREE travel you will need to register your interest before Thursday 18th October at

  Your travel voucher will then be emailed before Saturday 20th ready to use on Sunday 21st (depending on privacy settings this may go to your junk email folder)

Discover more about the minibeasts that live in the glorious woods and grasslands of Formby.

No need to book ask at Victoria Road for directions on the day.

Free event, Bug pots £5 sale or return.

The event should take place in Victoria Wood, just down from the information trailer.

 

The Beatles Story

As part of our Beatles in India year of events, our family workshops are free to attend. We will be running a Latern workshop in the October half term (on Tuesday 23rd and Thursday 25th 2pm – 4pm). Children are welcome to come along and we will support the Children’s University by offering this free workshop for an extra day on Sunday 21st October.

Climbing Hangar

We can offer a discounted entry for children which is £4 per child which includes shoes. This would include unlimited climbing for the day. For children's safety we do have a policy that children must be supervised by an adult and the ratio is 1 adult to 2 children.

Please remind children to remember to bring their Passport to Learning with them on the day so they can get some stamps in them.

This is a fab free opportunity for families to get out and about.
